New forum design!

The long wait is over - the new forum design is finally here. 

There is still a TON of work for me to do from this point on since most of the features and custom modifications need to be added, but the general theme of the website is pretty much in place.

I want to take a second to thank all the programmers and designers who helped me work through the issues, problems and design changes, especially: the SMF Hacks team (vbgamer), NIBOGO at SMF Packs and Boban over at SMF Tricks. Thanks for all your hard work, I really appreciate it!
