Title: Revox A77 sample recording

I fired up my Revox A77 last night and the left channel was weak on playback, so I decided to take it apart and see what I can find. It was a simple fix, the left channel potentiometer was dirty, so I cleaned all of the pots with some Caig's Pro Gold spray. I figured since I was working on it I'd make a quick demo recording to see how it sounds after a cleaning. I used my Audio-GD NFB-12.1 playing directly into the A77 with the tape out going into my Apogee Rosetta.
Speed : 15ips Tape : Maxell UD 35-90, 7" reel Noise Reduction: Dolby Bit Rate : 48K, 24bit

For being nearly 40 years old, it never ceases to amaze me how good this deck sounds. Even the headphone output drives my Sennheiser HD800's perfectly. :)
