Title: MFSL vs MOV (Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab vs. Music On Vinyl)
Post by: GoodVinylLover on April 24, 2014, 02:20:45 PM
Yet another comparison video ;) "The Voice" and "I Robot" are the songs that I used for this test. lshin80 gave me the idea to make an MFSL vs MOV comparison video, and I thought it was an interesting project :) So here I go with it, I hope you enjoy it and you find it useful ;) MFSL (Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab) is mastered from the original analogue master tapes, while MOV (Music On Vinyl) is digital-sourced. Which one do you prefer?

Oh, BTW, next time I make a comparison video I'll do it "blind", if you read the replies to the video on YT you'll know what I mean ;)

Well done video, very good sound given the limitations of youtube.

Both versions sound decent but the mo-fi has the more natural high end IMO.

the first one has a bit more ambiance and better stereo separation, both sound great tho!!
