Title: Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs silver series LP's - any good?

Anytime I see the words 'pressed at RTI', as the MOFI silver series are, I assume the worst. Why? Every LP I have that was pressed by RTI sounds terrible. Maybe it's just a strange coincidence since the biggest impact on sound quality usually occurs during the mastering and cutting, so I guess the GIGO (garbage in, garbage out) rule applies here. But if that's true, then it looks like every RTI pressed LP I own was poorly mastered and cut.

Has anyone heard a silver series LP from MOFI? How does the sound quality compare to regular MOFI releases? Why are the silver series LP's cheaper?

Can anyone name some examples of RTI pressings with decent sound quality?
